Instructions:
Master Volunteer Schedule:
(Once posted, please note that the volunteering schedule is still subject to considerable change. If there are any changes applicable to your individual volunteering session(s), you will be advised. Please check the date on the top of the Schedule to ensure that you have the latest version. If for any reason, you cannot attend your scheduled session(s), please advise the Canadian National Administrator immediately.)
**Please note:  Even though you have been assigned a specific position in the Volunteer Schedule, it is most important that every volunteer, even the Researchers, familiarize him or herself with the duties of the positions of 1st Bailiff, 2nd Bailiff and Timekeeper. If, due to unavoidable circumstances, one of your colleagues is unable to attend at the last minute, you might be asked to fill in for another position. It also may be necessary to combine positions if there are only two volunteers in any given courtroom. If there is only one bailiff, then this bailiff will need to carry out the duties of both the 1st Bailiff and the 2nd Bailiff. If the Timekeeper is missing, then the 1st Bailiff will need to carry out the duties of both bailiffs and the 2nd Bailiff will need to carry out the duties of the Timekeeper. If two volunteers are missing from a courtroom, then the Judicial Research Assistants will be asked to assist.
