The Championship Round (Round A) between 1st (University of Calgary) vs. 6th (University of Toronto) was presided over by:

The University of Calgary won the round and advanced in 2nd place (National Champion - Silver Rank) to the Shearman & Sterling International Rounds held in Washington, D.C. John M. Cassell from the University of Calgary won Best Oralist for this Championship Round (Round A).
